[ RECIPE ] Vegan Butter Chick'n Save Print Prep time 5 mins Cook time 25 mins Total time 30 mins Serves: 4 Servings Ingredients Knob of Dairy-free butter 200g Plant-based Chicken 1 White Onion (finely chopped) 2 Garlic Cloves (crushed) 1 tablespoon Curry Powder ½ tablespoon Garam Masala 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin 1 Can Chopped Tomatoes 400ml Light Coconut Milk Salt & Pepper Fresh Coriander Serve with Basmati Rice Instructions To a large frying pan add the butter and melt on a medium heat. Once melted add the onions and vegan chicken and fry for 5-8 minutes. Add the garlic and spices then fry for a further few minutes.
