[ RECIPE ] Almond Butter Snack Jars

27/05/2016 by Adam

TGIF!!

I’ve been working since Sunday without a day off in-between, but here I am at last with a 3-day weekend to look forward to.

I guess if I’d not completed 4 consecutive gym sessions I’d more than likely be even more fresh but needs must and I’ve got fitness and body goals to complete before the Summer arrives. As I’m sure you do too!

Aside from a busy week, it’s been a game-changing one due to buying my new Nikon D800. This camera will hopefully help take my photography to the next level and as I become more and more into it, I’ll be sharing my knowledge in future blog posts with you guys.

Anyway let’s get back to this new recipe.

Today I continue the snack-based theme and bring you this delicious, energy-releasing protein jar. I’ve used GoNutrition’s Almond Butter as it not only tastes great but is very reasonably priced and contains plenty of natural protein as well.

Once you gather the ingredients it’s simple to put together and once the mixture firms up after spending some time in the fridge, it’s good to go.

This will make a perfect evening snack post-dinner, instead of reaching for those sugary alternatives, as well as a great accompaniment to a work lunch or post-workout snack due to it packing plenty of protein!

Enjoy!
