[ RECIPE ] Crumpet Pizzas

Ingredients
- 6 Vegan Crumpets
- 100g Tomato Passata
- 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- Salt & Pepper
Toppings- Red Onion (diced)
- Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
- Vegan Cheese (grated)
- Jalapeños
- Seitan (chopped)
- Roasted Peppers
- Sun-dried Tomatoes
Instructions
- Pre-heat the grill to high then toast the crumpets for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix the remaining ingredients (not the toppings) into a large enough bowl to make the sauce and stir well.
- Add two tablespoons of the sauce on each toasted crumpet, then add the toppings of your choice.
- Place the crumpets under the grill for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted, then serve with a salad.
