So for the first time ever I’ve finally plucked up the courage to turn my still photos (as good as they were!) into actual an video. I publish these exercises to benefit you guys and if shooting in video makes it more clear to show how the exercises should be properly performed, then I’ll certainly be adding more!
Some of the exercises going forward will still be illustrated using photography, if the exercise can be easily explained, however I’m looking forward to adding this new dimension to the website (and maybe also a bit nervous!).
In life you’ve got to take chances and do things that scare you, it’s how you progress and take things to the next level.
Today’s exercise will work your Glutes and give you a more toned set of buttocks. Perhaps more women may see (or want) these benefits but it will help your overall shape, as well as your upper thigh and leg muscles.
