[ RECIPE ] Kiwi & Pomegranate Protein Pots

23/05/2016 by Adam

Hey everyone!

First off my apologies for this being the first published post in a week.

I’d love to say that I’ve been super busy but looking back I’m actually finding it hard to remember what I’ve actually been doing!

No to be honest with you I have been busy. The gym sessions have really intensified and my training is on course for what I hope will be a strong, toned Summer body.

One product that’s really helping me to get there is USN’s ISO-GRO Whey Protein. It’s possibly the best protein I’ve come across, not to mention there’s enough Creatine to really kick-start every workout and give you that extra energy you might need to push yourself.

Even though it’s not the cheapest you do get what you pay for in the fitness world, but feel free to use my checkout code “FFA50” which will get you a whopping 50% off all proteins and supplements from their website.

So instead of just producing the typical shake by mixing it with water, I thought I’d try out something a little different and put together a ‘protein pot’ that makes the perfect pre or post-workout snack.

It’s full of nutrients from the fruit, and mixed with full-fat Greek Yoghurt and cinnamon, I know you’ll love it as much as I do!
