[ RECIPE ] Vegan Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Oats
- ¼ Cup Flax Seed Mix
- ½ Cup Medjool Dates (pitted and finely chopped)
- ½ Cup Peanut Butter
- ½ Cup Almond Milk
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder
- ½ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
- ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
Roll With- Desiccated Coconut
- Pistachios (finely ground)
Instructions
- Place the oats and flax seed mix into a blender or food processor and mill until very fine, then empty into a large bowl.
- Add the dates, peanut butter, almond milk, protein powder, chocolate chips and maple syrup, then mix well to form a smooth paste.
- Use your hands and roll enough mixture to form equally-sized balls, then place into a large enough bowl and into the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Finally drizzle some additional maple syrup over the balls and roll in the coconut or pistachios.
