My love of smoothies seems to go from strength to strength after not only enjoying the variety of tastes and flavours in each individual recipe, but also the positive effects they have on my mind and body.
Some argue that the fibre is removed from blending the fruits and leaving the sugars, however in my opinion, as long as it is drank as part of a healthy lifestyle in general, there are far worse drinks to consume!
This energy-boosting smoothie has a lovely blend of 5 different fruits, along with some water to bring it all together. I’ve started off on the recipe by only adding a little of the water so that the fruity taste isn’t too diluted, but feel free to add more if required. Enjoy!
Produces 1 Smoothie
4 cubes of Watermelon
2 Strawberries (halved)
Large Handful of Red Grapes
4 cubes of Melon
8 cubes of Pineapple
2 tablespoons of Water
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on a low-speed. If required, add more water. Serve and drink straight away.

Actually people just say that fibre is removed when you juice the fruits. Blending has literally the same thing inside of the drink that your body would from chewing and swallowing the raw fruit. Just fyi
