This yoga posture is intended to stretch your spine, making it flexible and supple. Professionals suggest that this exercise is quite beneficial for the growth of the cartilage between your vertebrae, directly increasing your vertical height. So start with simply lying on the floor with your face down and palms on the side. By arching your spine up form an elevated angle. Stretch back as far as possible and hold this position for at least 10-20 seconds with 4-5 reps.

Skipping

Undoubtedly, skipping has always been an important part of exercise whether you wish to shed weight or gain height. Rope skipping is extremely important than any other exercise when it comes to the growth factor, which is closely related to height. Pilates Roll Over

This exercise is an excellent workout which helps in stretching your spine and providing added length to your upper body. It is also a known posture to stretch and lengthen the vertebrae of your neck. You need to start by lying on your back with your palms facing down. By keeping your legs together, start extending them straight up towards the ceiling and bend them backward over your face to touch the floor. Spot Jumping

Wall Stretching

As the name suggests, this is a simple stretching exercise with the help of wall. Stand up straight facing against a wall and try to reach your hands as high as possible. Plank

Nowadays, plank is one of the most loved exercises by all. It is known to be the most effective concept for almost every condition from losing weight to improving posture and increasing height. You simply have to lie down on your stomach keeping your body straight. Now lift yourself with the support of both your arms and feet and make a bridge position. Hold your body in this position for at least 20 seconds and keep increasing the time with practice.

Forward Bend

This is one of the most known and widely followed exercises for increasing height. You just have to stand straight with your legs together. Raise your hands straight up, bend them down forward and touch the floor with your hands, without bending your knees. Then, return to the original position. Repeat this for more than 20 times for an effective result.
