The social networks and messaging apps have made it easier for modern people to stay connected with others and form communities. A steady increase is noted in the number of people joining online and offline fitness groups. The community helps motivates participants to exercise regularly. Also, the members of the community helps each other to stay fit by sharing fitness tips and tricks. Some participants even prefer attending fitness classes, joining bootcamp sessions, and run in groups.

The wearable devices and fitness apps have completely changed the way people exercise. Users nowadays have option to choose from a variety of fitness tracking devices and apps according to their individual fitness plans.
