Coffee has a stimulant substance which is called caffeine, which is great for increasing metabolism, mood, and physical and mental achievement. Research has found out the caffeine is harmless for most people, especially when not taken in excess quantities.

Caffeinated beverages as tea, coffee, and others can boost energy levels. However, these drinks can, at the same time, create an opposite impact on your body once they are out of your body system, leaving fatigue. It happens when drank in high quantities.

9. Regular pressure and urination

A very high intake of caffeine can always come with the side effect of an increase in urination. The stimulatory impact of caffeine on the bladder is very high. It makes you urinate very often. It affects anyone taking a large amount of caffeine, and it can be bad for the elderly.

9. Breast Tissue Cysts in women

Women with high intake and daily intake of caffeine have been found to have a 1.5-fold increase in chances of fibrocystic breast complications. The probability of getting the disease was high for women whose daily consumption was more than 500mg.

10. Anxiety

When one takes caffeinated drinks, your rate of alertness gets heightened. It occurs as a result of the blockage of adenosine, which is a brain chemical in charge of making you feel tired. Caffeinated drinks also trigger the production of adrenaline hormones that increase your energy level. A high dosage of caffeinated drinks can lead to nervousness and anxiety.

Caffeine has incredible health benefits. However, you must take it in moderation. Whenever caffeine is taken in high dosage over a long period, caffeine can produce lots of side effects, as seen here. These side effects can interfere with your daily life activities, especially when unaddressed resulting in severe health conditions.
