Hey Food&Fitness People!
So sorry it’s taken so long to update on here but I wanted to let you guys know that I AM still here and still working hard. The reason I haven’t had much opportunity to create new recipes and share them with you dedicated people is that I have been spending so much time on my day-to-day career, becoming a Mortgage Advisor.
There’s a lot of work involved as you can imagine, with revision, exams and practical, and when I’m not doing those things, I’m juggling my own fitness journey! I am still going though, and now that my first set of exams are out the way, I should be able to get back to you guys much sooner!
In the meantime though, keep dedicating your own time to your fitness goals and do your best to eat healthy. Don’t waste your time at the gym, training your body hard, if you’re going to then waste all your effort by eating and drinking what you know you shouldn’t (unless it’s a one-off treat here and there!).
For all of us, the work WILL pay off.
