Coffee has a natural stimulant in it called caffeine. It is a psychoactive substance that is commonly consumed. It will make you feel less tired and more energetic and motivated.

Caffeine is absorbed into your blood from where it travels to the brain. From there, it works to improve various aspects of the brain. It also improves such things as mood, energy, and clarity.

Caffeine is found in almost every diet pill made commercially. This is because it’s been shown to burn fat. It can heighten the burning of fat in both obese and lean people. However, this may drop over time in coffee drinkers who have been drinking coffee long term.

  • • Physicality

Caffeine sends signals to the nervous systems which forces fat cells to break down and turns body fat into energy. It also releases adrenaline. Both of these effects can improve physical performance. Have a cup of strong coffee before working out; it will help improve your workout.

  • • Nutrients

Coffee is much more than just a fat burner and nervous system stimulator. A lot of the nutrients in the bean turn up in the cup that you drink. Coffee contains Vitamins B2, B3, and B5, manganese, magnesium, and potassium. Although the amounts of these aren’t huge, most people drink several cups a day, so they add up.

  • • Diabetes

Type II Diabetes is an insulin illness that affects millions of people. It elevates sugars in the blood by an incapability to secrete insulin or with insulin resistance. For an unknown reason, people who drink coffee have a reduced chance of developing this illness. Apparently, each cup showed a decreased chance of developing this disease.

  • • Alzheimer’s Disease

Alzheimer’s disease, which there is no known cure for, is a common neurodegenerative disease. It is also the disease that leads to dementia and it usually shows up in seniors. Although there is no cure, there are things you can do to prevent the disease. Of course, you can eat healthy food and exercise, which are on the list, but oddly enough, drinking coffee is too. Studies have shown that coffee drinkers have a reduced rate of getting Alzheimer’s in the first place.

  • • Parkinson’s

After Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s is another common neurodegenerative disease. Just like with Alzheimer’s, there is no cure. However, there are preventative measures you can take and drinking coffee is one of them. Caffeine seems to be the magic preventative here, with a preventative measure for people who drink it. Decaf doesn’t work like caffeinated does.

The liver carries out many functions, including cleaning out your bloodstream. There are many diseases that affect the liver. A lot of these diseases can lead to a disease call cirrhosis, which is when the liver is largely replaced with scar tissue. But coffee can protect against cirrhosis. The more coffee you drink, the higher your chance of protecting against cirrhosis.

Coffee drinkers have prevention against colorectal cancer and a lowered risk of liver cancer.

  • • Heart Disease and Stroke

Although caffeine does raise blood pressure, the effect goes away with regular ingestion. Some studies show that women who consume coffee have a lowered risk of heart disease and people who drink it have a reduced risk of stroke.

Since coffee protects against so many disease, it may assist in you living longer. It is actually proved that coffee drinkers seem to have a reduced risk of premature death. The more coffee you drink, the more it can protect against certain types of diseases, such as Type II Diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

It improves physical performance and burns fat to keep you fit. Also, coffee is the Western world’s largest source of anti-oxidants, which are great for you.
