There are 3 main parts of the arm muscles that are based around the triceps and only one part on the biceps. So it’s even more important to focus on the triceps. I myself made this mistake for too long and no-one told me, I ended up just figuring it out.
To complete this exercise either stand up or sit down and hold the dumbell with one hand and your arm positioned vertically.
Bend your elbow to lower the dumbell so that it’s placed behind your neck whilst keeping your arm still and in place. Inhale as you do this.
Return to the original position and exhale. Repeat the process, change arms and repeat the process to complete as many as you can.
