(GUEST POST) Eat Healthy To Stay Fit – Make It The Mantra For Happy Living!

09/03/2017 by Adam

These days, people lead an immensely busy life and they need instant solution to everything. As long as your health goals are concerned, you might be desperately looking for immediate fitness and nutrition solutions to lead a healthy life.

We are all running behind either finding a better job or money or building that dream home which we have been nurturing since long time. Amidst this gap between dream and reality, how many of us actually get some quality time to take care of our bodies and do something for our well-being?

The answer is very few indeed. So, here we compile a list of tips to follow to eat healthy and be disciplined. Check them out.

  1. Eat right: Studies reveal that more than 80% of your fitness goal entirely depends on your diet, whether development of muscles or losing weight or getting trained for an event. When you eat the right balance of fresh protein, clean carbohydrates and healthy fats, this will give you energy to help you with your fitness challenge. When you plan your food, look for the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.
  2. Stay hydrated: Hydration is the ultimate key to living healthy as the brain is made up 70% of water. If you’re still kept wondering how much water should you drink, that will depend on the person, whether he is an adult or not. The minimum water amount for an adult should be 2 litres in a day. The right amount of water will wash out toxins, salt and will help your body to recover after rigorous exercise.
  3. Exercise regularly: Work out at least 3-4 times in a week and once you have set your routine, stick to it in order to reap its benefits. You will soon see an increase in levels of energy and your body will soon start to adapt. You will find yourself closer to your fitness goals.
  4. Keep changing your routine: Whether it’s weekly or monthly or daily, a little bit of dedication and planning can make a world of difference to your general health and workouts. When you spread your workout, you would know what you have to do and what you don’t have to do. Give your body enough time to recover from exercise.
  5. Seek expert help: When you’re not sure of what to do with your body, get help from experts and fitness professionals who can guide you through the right way with the best tips and advice.
  6. Avoid supplements & pills: If you have that habit of pill-popping, let go of it. Try and take natural vitamins and avoid taking pills for protein and vitamins. Instead of popping pills, have enough of fish, meat, legumes, pulses and soy for the right balance.
  7. Walk often: If you think you need to cut down a few kilos, walk regularly. Walking is good for your mind and heart and since it keeps your active and motivated, you will always be bustling with energy.
  8. Meditate: Meditation is extremely necessary for healthy living. Watch your breath, feel your state of being and be aware of all your thoughts, emotions and sufferings. Meditation reduces stress and helps you with positivity.
  9. Eat fresh: Frozen chips and frozen chicken don’t serve your body well. Try and eat fresh vegetables as there’s nothing better than that. Frozen foods lack in nutritional value and hence should be avoided.
  10. Be positive: Stop crying and complaining about your life all the time. Positivity is the ultimate key to a healthy life. Love yourself, be kind to others and spread energy.

So, if you’re still wondering about how you could eat right and stay healthy, you may follow the above mentioned tips and advices. Take care of your health and stay fit as long as possible.
