Exercises

There are so many exercise options out there and it would be a very difficult task to put them all on here! Besides, you don’t need to know them all, just choose maybe 3-4 different variations for each muscle group, then push yourself to your limits with each one.

That means as soon as you start to find an exercise too easy you need to vary it in some way, try the following:-

  • Slow the speed of each repetition, as the slower the movement, the more difficult but more effective it will become.
  • Increase the number of repetitions per set for the exercise, or continue until failure (when you cannot physically do another)
  • Increase the weight
  • Reduce your rest time between sets

Never stand still with your exercises because if you don’t change things, your muscles will get used to what’s expected of them and won’t have a need to grow. So always be outside of your comfort zone, I never once said this would be easy but nothing worth having ever is. Put in the work and I guarantee you will see the results.
