Body Sculpting Treatments to Achieve Your Best Shape

06/08/2019 by Adam

Technology has been helping men and women achieve the shape and look they want. While a lot of people are already going to the gym to work out and stay fit, looking toned, trimmed, and svelte is a different story. There are so-called problem areas and stubborn fat that won’t melt away no matter how many crunches you do. Body shaping treatments have become so advanced that they no longer require general anesthesia or days of downtime.

Heat Treatment: SculpSure

SculpSure utilizes lasers that penetrates deep inside the skin and destroy fat cells. It fires laser pulses straight into the target area to remove unwanted fat faster.

Ultrasound Treatment: UtraShape

UltraShape uses ultrasound to eliminate excess fat in the body. The process is done by a cosmetic technician or doctor who will manually maneuver the device around your abdominal area. The mechanical vibrations loosen and remove fat in the body.

Radiofrequency Treatment: Vanquish

This procedure requires patients to drink a lot of water beforehand since it specifically targets water content in the cells. It generates heat that effectively breaks down fat cells.

CoolSculpting

CoolSculpting is a popular cosmetic treatment in Utah today. It employs a customized cooling technology to remove unwanted fat in specific areas in the body. A single treatment can last for an hour. A hand-held applicator is placed on the areas of the body with plenty of accumulated fat. The applicator then vacuums the fat and places it between two metal plates for chilling. The freezing process breaks down the fat cells and eventually destroys them. After about two weeks, the fat is discarded through the urine. Besides being painless, visible results can be seen just two months after the initial procedure.

Liposonix

This targets larger portions of fat in the abdomen. The treatment lasts for an hour and utilizes thermal ultrasonic energy to break down the fat and develop collagen production around the target area for smoother, toned skin. During the procedure, the technician lightly glides a hand-held applicator in the target area. This allows the laser to penetrate the skin and destroy excess fat cells.

Zerona

This makes use of “cold” lasers to destroy membranes of the fat cells. The fat cells leak toward the interstitial fluid, and the body can easily eliminate it through the normal fat-burning process. Though the fat cells are still closely packed, the size decreases, which results in a thinner figure. Zerona mimics the technology used in laser light stimulation, so the machine doesn’t touch your body during the procedure, which runs for about 40 minutes per session.

These treatments are quick and relatively painless. More importantly, you don’t even have to go to the hospital to get them. You can go to licensed cosmetic clinics or treatment centers in your city. The ones in Utah have a good following because of the positive experience of customers there.

When undergoing body sculpting treatments, have yourself tested for allergies. Some patients have adverse reactions to the topical anesthetics used in the procedure. After the treatment, you should expect some bruising or discoloration in the affected area, but this disappears completely in just a matter of days.
