A lot of people are fond of running and do it everyday and everywhere. A lot more people would like to start running but they always have some questions and that`s why they delay their new hobby. The most common questions are what is the best time and how to choose the right shoes?

To choose the best time for running as well as the right shoes are very important and not so easy thing as it depends on the physical peculiarities in most cases.

The daily regime and favored time of awakening influence the timing for running. If you`re a lark it would be better to run in the morning. If you`re an owl your time for running is evening. But some people are a combination of these two types and in this case, you can choose afternoon as the right time for your exercise.

Running is one of the most effective ways for losing weight. So, for people who would like to be fit morning is the best time for running as the human body burns calories faster on the empty stomach.

Studies show that in the afternoon the body temperature is higher than in the morning. Thus, the muscles at noon are not so still as they are in the morning and you don’t pull them.

Such exercise as running in the evening will be useful because it is a nice way to clear your head and reduce the stress of the day. By the way, after running your muscles will be tired and when you get to the bed you certainly achieve deep sleep.

To choose the best time for running isn’t everything to make the everyday exercise easy, pleasant and useful.  Finding the best fitting shoes for running poses a great problem for most beginners. When you’re standing in a shoe store the running shoesfeel comfortable, but this impression can be deceptive. You don’t have to be in a big hurry and buy that pair of shoes.

First of all, you must draw attention to the shape of your feet.  It can be of three main types: flat, neutral and high arches. Every foot type has the specific features that can be adapted with the help of the right shoes. Flat-footed runners often tend to the stability shoes that include the firm “post” that strengthens the arch side of each midsole. The runners with neutral foot type can choose many types of shoes, but mostly they prefer the moderate stability shoes. Those who have the high arch foot type should wear the cushioned shoes.

Then, it`s necessary to understand what running shoe categories you need. If you`re going to walk along pavements or some paths with slight irregularities you must choose the road-running shoes. If you make your way in the off-road surfaces it would be nice to get the trail running shoes. If you attend sporting gym the cross-training shoes fit you most of all.

Before starting running make sure that you’ve chosen the best time and the right shoes for your everyday running exercise as they are the key that you continue your training.
