I’ve just completed my third week with the Slendertone Abs belt and there are definitely some consistent results. In today’s post I will look at these results in more detail and discuss my findings of the every day usage of the belt.
When I first started using the product I already had pretty defined abdominal muscles and a strong core due to consistent workouts at the gym, and during these trials of the product my existing training may have aided in producing the results from the belt itself. To me though, this isn’t an issue, because whether you use the belt on it’s own or incorporate it into your workouts, it will give you stronger abdominal muscles and core, provided you’re at a low enough bodyfat percentage already.
The practicality of the belt has actually really helped in my workout routines over the past few weeks, as it has allowed more exercise time to focus on a particular muscle group for that day. For example, my workouts used to consist of say “Arms + Abs” or “Chest + Abs”, and my limited gym time was split equally, however now it can just be “Chest” at the gym and the Abs part can be incorporated into the belt later on that evening. Therefore not only are my abs benefiting from the belt, so are my other muscle groups.
In my guidance to others, especially men, they tend to work their mirror muscles throughout their gym routine and by the time they’ve finished, they don’t have the energy to get on the mats and work their abs and core (or just don’t have the time). Therefore it’s a very practical product if you are a guy who doesn’t work this area of their muscles perhaps as much as other areas.
For me personally, I’ve really incorporated the belt into my evening time. The belt is always within visual distance to the TV so that I don’t forget to use it, rather than tucked away in some drawer in the other room. Despite the initial coldness of the belt’s sticky pads across my stomach, I am very satisfied with the product so far, I know it’s making a difference and I haven’t even been able to get passed Level 70 of 150!
