Maple & Pecan Granola

06/10/2014 by Adam

maple granola

As a fitness enthusiast, breakfast is so important and I tend to eat within an hour of waking up, otherwise I feel as though I’m losing energy and feel quite lethargic. My breakfast usually consists of 2-3 Weetabix which provides a consistent morning meal that keeps me fuller for longer and gives me those slow-release carbs.

When it comes to breakfast I’ll admit I’m not the most adventurous in the kitchen. Anna however is more creative and on Saturday morning in the kitchen, when I was nicely full and watching TV, she put together this delicious breakfast that is not only good for your body, but tastes great too.

It’s a breakfast that’s easy to put together and full of nutrients, that will set you up nicely for the day ahead. So from our very tiny kitchen to hopefully your larger one, here it is!

– Ingredients

Maple & Pecan Granola
Fat-Free Vanilla Yoghurt
Strawberries & Grapes
Slice of Seeded Farmhouse Loaf
Fruit Juice
