The chances are that you won’t even feel how much of a workout your muscles are getting until you actually get out of the pool. Yoga
People are always shocked by just how much of a workout they can get out of yoga. The image of ambient music and slow, deliberate poses make people think that yoga is easy, but they couldn’t be more wrong! Go from flat roads to steep hills to really work up a sweat. And if you want to get the most out of your walking workout, strap on some weighted ankle or wrists straps and make sure that you really feel the burn.
