The reason is sitting in front of my laptop and PC all day long. You can ask your friends or family members to accompany you. If you are living away from home, you can join cardio lessons or gym classes. Moreover, you can also get a pet. You have to take them out for a walk and play with them, which will help you move your body and stay active. Furthermore, pets make life even more fun and amazing, so it is a good excuse for you to get one.
Plan a night out with your friends
