6 Fat Burning Tips for Struggling Dieters

Everyone dreams of losing weight and becoming slim and healthy, however, the weight loss journey is not as easy as it may seem, and you may find that it’s a bit difficult burning out more calories than it is to put it on Whilst you may be tempted to try different diet plans, exercise regimes and natural remedies to help lose weight fast, sticking to a diet that suits your body is ideal for achieving maximum weight loss. You may also want to try out the skills of a plastic surgeon with unparalleled service if you feel this is the best course of action for you.

You can shed off all those extra pounds provided you stay committed and choose an efficient diet plan. If you feel that you are ready to take things up a notch, here are a few fat burning tips that can help you to reach your desired weight:

  1. Get Rid of Junk Food

When wanting to adopt a healthier lifestyle, the first step is to get rid of unhealthy, processed junk food from your kitchen. Do not give into the temptation of keeping unhealthy foods at hand – chances are you will succumb to them in a moment of weakness.

You might consider yourself to be strong, however, as soon as your leptin levels start to drop and hunger pangs start affecting your mind, you will lose all motivation. This will result in you heading to the kitchen to eat junk or processed food. While a few people will make the effort to prepare a healthy meal, a large majority of dieters usually resort to consuming easily accessible items such as chips, crisps or unhealthy fried food.

  1. Exercise as Much as Possible

Exercise should be an integral part of your life if you are trying to lose weight. Nowadays, you can either opt for the wildly popular high interval training or engage in simple cardio training.

In cardio training, there is a longer fat burning session which helps when trying to lose weight. However, in high interval training, the metabolism rate and the fat oxidation process increases for several hours after the workout is completed, which burns extra fat.

Both workouts have different benefits. Hence, instead of settling for either one, you should incorporate both for better results. For instance, you could do 6 higher intensity interval exercises and then switch to cardio training. This way, you will be able to achieve more from a single session. Since high intensity workouts result in the depletion of glycogens, you will be able to burn more fat by following it up with cardio training.

Similar to weight training, cardio exercises need to be challenging. To reach your ideal weight, you will have to sweat, work hard and exert yourself. The journey may not be easy, but the end result will be worthwhile. Perseverance and commitment is the key to achieving your ideal weight.

  1. Diet Pills Can Help You Burn Excess Fat

Diet pills are a great way to lose weight in a healthy manner. Primarily, diet pills and other similar supplements suppress your appetite and help to boost your metabolism by acting as stimulants and laxatives for increased weight loss.

During your weight loss journey, there will be times when you’ll want to give up. Despite a good diet and long workout sessions, your body might not respond positively which would then affect your morale. For people who want to lose weight without unduly exerting themselves, diet pills are a great alternative.

A myth associated with weight loss pills is that they can result in hormonal imbalances. Unfortunately, there are several vendors in the market who scam customers by selling subpar diet pills that can adversely affect you. Because of this, you need to ensure you select a reputable company. You can do this by looking out for customer reviews and statistics. One example can be found on this PhenQ.com page which shows the number of customers they’ve helped. Looking out for signs of reliability like this is essential when buying diet pills.

  1. Devote a Day to Full Body Workout

Full body workouts have the ability to boost your metabolism after each workout. They will also give you plenty of resting time as you would only have to do a full body workout once a week. On the contrary, a split system means exercising in regular intervals, which would give you more time to workout and allow you to effectively target your muscle mass.

In this scenario, combine both the workout regimes. You are advised to opt for a full body workout, lower body workout and upper body workout at least once per week.

You can also do a full body and a split system stretched over a four-day period. The primary goal is to enhance metabolism and tone your body.

Whatever you intend to do, make sure to lift weights to burn fat and strengthen muscle mass. If you lift weights correctly, then you can effectively burn all that extra fat.

  1. Drink Green Tea

If your plan is to burn all your fat, green tea needs to be your go-to beverage. Green tea has antioxidants and fat burning properties that speed up your metabolism, thereby helping you lose weight. For caffeine addicts, switching to green tea will not only help in losing weight, but it is also a better alternative for coffee or tea.

By drinking green tea, you will be able to minimize tissue damage that tends to occur during dieting and intense workout trainings.

Furthermore, green tea contains caffeine that will help in boosting your energy levels and burning fat. If you deal with frequent hunger pangs, then having a cup of green tea can reduce your appetite.

  1. Consume Higher Carbohydrates

One thing most people overlook whilst dieting is the effectiveness of a higher carbohydrate intake. While low carb dieting has produced miraculous results for many, it can cause your health to deteriorate in the long run.

When your carbs stay low for longer periods of time, your leptin levels also go down. This results in frequent hunger pangs and slower metabolism – meaning that you are slowing down your own weight loss process. People who have a balanced carbohydrate intake tend to lose weight faster.

So, what’s the solution?

Ideally you should balance your carb intake – for example, at least two days in a week you should consume more carbs. This way, you can fool your body into believing that you are consuming enough carbs. This will help to avoid any drops in your metabolic rate.

Consuming more carbs can also lift your mood as they help the brain release serotonin which is essentially ‘a feel good’ hormone. This means that you won’t become irritable while on a diet.

You can always consume more carbs as a part of your cheat meal. Many fitness experts schedule their cheat meals before a workout session so that they can shed off the extra calories quickly.

Weight loss is a process that requires time, hard work and commitment. If you have been struggling with your weight and aren’t getting the right motivation for burning fat, start by making small lifestyle changes such as taking the stairs instead of the lift, and then proceed to diet plans and intense workout sessions.
