Here you can find the amazing food items for the healthy Diwali.

Chocolate Balls

This is the great recipe for those who like chocolates and at the same time, this whey protein ball is rich in vitamin c and iron. Mash the banana with poha (flattened rice) which is soaked in the water for 20 minutes and then add roasted powder and crushed almond to it. This is one of the healthy recipes and the main ingredient is rice which makes the dish more delicious. The first step is to heat the two teaspoons of oil in a pan and add 5 to 7 cloves to it and then stir it for a minute. The next step is adding 1 cup of water, half teaspoon turmeric powder, half teaspoon cardamom powder to it and after few minutes add the soaked rice to the pan. Allow it to cook for 15 minutes and add some refined sugar to taste. Keep stirring and cook until all the water evaporates and then garnish with dry fruits.

Oats and Carrot Kheer

This is one of the toothsome dishes with more healthy items such as oats, carrot and milk. The procedure for preparing this sweet is easy, soak 1 cup oats and some raisins in a half cup of milk for 10 minutes. Now boil the 2 ½ cup skimmed milk with one chopped carrot for few minutes and then add the soaked items to it and boil it for 5 minutes. Finally add two teaspoons Isabgol husk, cardamom powder and almond silvers to this mixture.
