It seems like I’m not getting a moment to myself at the moment with all this blogging business, as there’s always something more to do! Whether it’s creating new recipes, making the dishes, writing, planning workouts, going to the gym or even actual work to pay the bills! I am enjoying myself though and wouldn’t have it any other way.
The support the blog has received has been more than I’d have ever thought possible. I never realised just how many people want to improve their lifestyles by eating healthier and getting fitter but I’m so glad the site supports these intentions.
I thought I’d write an update on what you can expect from the blog over the next few weeks, because there’s constantly new ideas being added to my endless to-do lists and not enough time to get it all out there!
Daily Posting – This will certainly continue. There really is so much to write about in the wonderful and ever-changing world of food and fitness. Although I am very busy on my own journey of cooking and hitting my gym goals, this will not stop me posting to you guys daily. This is something I want to keep on doing for the foreseeable future.
Budget Recipes – This series will focus specifically on recipes that are targeted to save people money but will certainly not compromise on taste. I’ll also include new tips and ways of being more economical when shopping for ingredients. Before you realise it, you’ll have plenty of extra money in your pocket!
Exercise of the Day – This will now be known as ‘At Home Workouts’ and will not only include photography and detailed descriptions on the best workouts you’re able to complete at home, but I’ll also be introducing video (must make sure I get that haircut..!)
Losing Weight series – The Losing Weight series will continue as it is. There’ll be at least a new post each week that continues from the previous one as I continue to give the best knowledge from my own experience of healthy weight-loss.
