There are so many techniques involved with food, it would very much become a full-time job bringing them all to you (although I would love to!). Some are very simple and some are pretty tough (but certainly not impossible). As I follow my own cooking journey and learn new things, I will bring them to you based on my newfound experience i.e. what worked and what didn’t.
I’ll include techniques that involve ‘Dry-Heat’ (no water) and ‘Moist-Heat’ (with water), along with a number of Baking skills too, however if there is anything specific you would like to know please feel free to email me and let me know, and I’ll try to include it in this section.
