Food is so important to me, and always has been. In the past I’ve eaten simply to survive and for the comfort of eating, but nowadays I enjoy the cooking process and making something out of just a few raw ingredients.
I love challenging those that say it’s either ‘tasty or healthy, but not both’. I eat for my tastebuds, for my health and because I genuinely enjoy the process involved.
Whatever your reasons may be for loving food, we all love it which is why we’re here. It’s for the love of food that I created this blog. I wanted to share with you my learns, recipes and so much more because the many challenges that we face when we cook, we learn from them and we improve because of them.
For me it’s about sitting down after working hard in the kitchen to say ‘I made that and I’m proud of it’.
