C1 – Abs, Core & Fitness Workout
The C1 routine is about 5 minutes in total and consists of the following exercises:-
Planks (30 seconds)
Bicycles (30 seconds)
3x Total (no rests in-between)
This routine will help burn fat due to it’s intensity, and will really help define your abs also. Your body will also experience the ‘afterburn’ effect which means it will continue to burn fat even after you’ve finished the workout!
