Place the steaks onto a plate and fully coat with the harissa paste and once the grill is hot enough place under it for 6 minutes each side.
Meanwhile make the couscous by combining enough boiling water to cover the couscous in a small bowl along with some salt & pepper. Cover the bowl with a lid or tea-towel for a few minutes.
When the couscous is ready tip onto a large enough plate then remove the lamb from the grill and slice.
Add the lamb slices to the plate along with the remaining ingredients.
Combine the yoghurt with the harissa, add to the salad and serve.
