After working on my blog for over 2 years I thought to myself ‘ok so you’ve posted all these recipes and sure people can go to the Recipe page and choose’ but why not also create a meal-plan based on what you feel is a typical healthy week to really kickstart someone else’s healthy lifestyle.
So that’s exactly what I did. You can stick religiously to the plan below or deviate slightly from it if you wish, its your choice. All I’ll say is the plan is healthy, tasty and you certainly won’t starve! It’s ideal for those wanting to eat better and is a bit like a ‘healthy detox week’ which I’m sure you’ll benefit from.
Print the table off and stick it somewhere in or around the kitchen (on the fridge would be ideal). I’d also recommend bookmarking this page so that each time you’re ready to move on to the next snack or meal you can click the item and it will take you straight to that recipe.
Bear with me though! Not all of the recipes have been published so not all the links are currently active (the ones underlined are the active ones) however they soon will be!
Finally just to make you aware I’m not a qualified dietitian, the meal plan is based around my own experiences and weight-loss journey.
