Working hard at the gym and eating healthy go hand-in-hand. For too long I thought going to the gym was enough which would allow me to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted it. I was so wrong and eventually it started to show.
The ‘fitness’ element of the blog is based on my own experiences with fitness, various exercises and tells my own story of how quickly an unhealthy lifestyle can catch up with you. From all the mistakes and lessons I’ve learnt, to being able to achieve your goals and maintain them too.
Remember, the changes don’t happen overnight, they take dedication, commitment and a strong will to maintain. You have that within you.
