Guys I am so sorry it’s been almost a week since my last post, really not happy about this but I’ve had no choice. The focus has been on starting my revision for my professional qualifications as a Mortgage Advisor. No pressure but I need to pass them in order to continue with my new role!
So I’ve had to reprioritise. Thankfully after this week I’ll have 3 weeks off to work from home (and mostly in the library!) however I think it’s really important to continue to carry on with the activities I enjoy doing, after all I can’t revise 24/7!
Therefore the recipes will continue to be created, cooked, photographed and published from next week onwards. There will be plenty of time for this, as well as for the revision so stay tuned!
My other passion as you well know is fitness. Although I went three times last week, I did turn down two opportunities to go on Friday and Sunday. So right now I’m feeling pretty weak and I know it’s just a mental thing but the sooner I return, the happier I will become. Starting from today!
So please forgive me for my absence over the past week, I am still here and still going strong. I’ve just had to reprioritise a little! Watch this space 🙂
