[ RECIPE ] Vegan Protein Balls

Serves: 8 Balls
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Oats
  • ¼ Cup Flax Seed Mix
  • ½ Cup Medjool Dates (pitted and finely chopped)
  • ½ Cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ Cup Maple Syrup
  • Roll With
  • Desiccated Coconut
  • Pistachios (finely ground)
Instructions
  1. Place the oats and flax seed mix into a blender or food processor and mill until very fine, then empty into a large bowl.
  2. Add the dates, peanut butter, almond milk, protein powder, chocolate chips and maple syrup, then mix well to form a smooth paste.
  3. Use your hands and roll enough mixture to form equally-sized balls, then place into a large enough bowl and into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Finally drizzle some additional maple syrup over the balls and roll in the coconut or pistachios.
