[ RECIPE ] Crumpet Pizzas

Ingredients
  • 6 Vegan Crumpets
  • 100g Tomato Passata
  • 1 tablespoon Caster Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Toppings
  • Red Onion (diced)
  • Cherry Tomatoes (quartered)
  • Vegan Cheese (grated)
  • JalapeƱos
  • Seitan (chopped)
  • Roasted Peppers
  • Sun-dried Tomatoes
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the grill to high then toast the crumpets for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients (not the toppings) into a large enough bowl to make the sauce and stir well.
  3. Add two tablespoons of the sauce on each toasted crumpet, then add the toppings of your choice.
  4. Place the crumpets under the grill for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted, then serve with a salad.
