A kickass playlist is going to spur you on, whatever kind of horrible exercise you’re doing. Don’t continuously skip songs, as this can take more time away from your workout than you think. Make sure you have enough to see you through and just go for it!
Never Go In Without A Plan
Why would you walk into a gym without even knowing what you’re going to work that day? Are you working on upper body? Lower body? Are you aiming to burn fat? Having something with protein and carbs about 60-30 minutes before a workout will give you energy. Some like to have protein oats or a protein shake with a piece of fruit. You should never go to the gym hungry, as you likely won’t perform very well.

Coffee is more natural than a pre-workout drink, and will help you to focus. Just make sure you avoid the milk and sugar!
